German Dax is Looking for Signals 11/4/2022

The German DAX index succeeded in achieving the expected technical outlook during the last analysis, we targeted the 14,350 level, approaching the required target by a few points, recording the highest at 14,340.

The technical aspect today, by looking at the 240-min chart, we find the 50-day moving average pressing the price from the top, and on the other hand, we find the stochastic indicator continues to focus around the overbought areas, and therefore with the conflicting technical signals, we prefer to wait for the activation of the following pending orders:

Confirmation of the 14,320 breakout pushes the index to visit 14,370 and 14,410 respectively, while the decline below the 14,180 support level forces the index to provide more losses to visit 14,110.

Note: The risk level is high.

Note: CFD trading involves high risk; all scenarios may occur.
