Wall Street Stocks Break New Records

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) finished Monday in green, with market indices closing Monday on big gains, supported by positive news about COVID-19 treatments and vaccines.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed higher by 1.4% at 28,308.

S&P 500 gained 1% and reached its 16th record closing level in 2020 at 3,431.

Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite hit its 37th record closing level this year, gaining 0.6% and closing at 11,379.72.
