Wall Street Mostly Lower at Early Trade

The main indices of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) are showing a mixed performance during Wednesday’s trading session. Rising Treasury bond yields ahead of the release of the Federal Reserve second policy statement this year are increasing selling pressures in Wall Street.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up by about 88 points, or 0.27%, at 32,914.30 points, supported by the gains of Dow Inc. and Caterpillar.

Meanwhile, S&P 500 is down by 18.74 points, or 0.47%, at 3,943.97 points, and the Nasdaq Composite is also down by 171.55 points, or 1.27%, at 13,300.
