The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) failed to maintain its perfect record for the week, as the main indices in Wall Street mostly declined on Friday after rising for four consecutive sessions.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined by 66.78 points, or 0.2%, and closed at 28,323.40 points, adding 6.9% for the week.
The S&P 500 SPX remained nearly unchanged, losing one point, and closed at 3,509.44 points, registering a weekly rise of 7.3%.
Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite saw a marginal rise, adding less than 0.1% and settling at 11,895.23, ending the week with a 9% increase.
