The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose modestly by 15.53 points to hit a new record high closing level at 35,515.38 points, rising by 0.9% for the week.
The S&P 500 leveled up by 7.17 points, or 0.2%, and finished at 4,468.00 points, registering a weekly increase of 0.7%.
Both the benchmark indices managed to hit new record highs for the third day in a row, and hit intraday record highs earlier in the session.
Meanwhile, the tech-savvy Nasdaq Composite Index added 6.64 points to close at 14,822 points, limiting its weekly loss to 0.1%.
