The Two-Year US Bond Yield Rose to Its Highest Level Since March 2020

The US two-year bond yield rose to an 18-month high, as expectations of the Federal Reserve continually curtailing its asset purchases.

According to Bloomberg, the yield rose 3 basis points on Tuesday to 0.31%, after Monday’s auction saw weak demand.

US bond yields have been rising since last week when the Federal Reserve indicated that curtailing asset purchases may begin in November.
