Wall Street Rebounds After Two Declines in Row

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) rebounded on Wednesday, following two consecutive daily declines due to concerns about the rising number of cases of the coronavirus, which created some buying opportunities for Wall Street investors.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increase by 316.01 points, or 0.93%, to finish at 34,137.31 points.

The S&P 500 index rose by 38.48 points, or 0.93%, to close at 4,173.42 points.

The Nasdaq Composite Index surged by 163.95 points, or 1.19%, to end the session at 13,950.22 points.
