Wall Street Opens Higher Awaiting Election Results

Wall Street opened higher on Wednesday, on the day following Election Day in the United States as the outcomes of the elections remains highly anticipated.

All the indices of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) are trading higher.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up by more than 563 points or 2.05% at 28,043.44 points.

The S&P 500 is at 3,459.04, rising by 89.88 points, or 2.67%.

Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite added 416.70 points, or 3.73%, to reach 11,577.28 points.
