US Wholesale Inventories Decline in July

Wholesale inventories in the United States amounted to $632.3 billion in July, declining by 0.3% compared with its level in June and by 5.6% compared with its level in July 2019, according to seasonally adjusted data by the US Department of Commerce’s Census Bureau.

In July 2020, the wholesale inventories to sales ratio stood at 1.32, down from 1.34 in July 2019.
