The U.S. Dollar (USD) declines across the board on Thursday, after data showed a rise in jobless claims in the United States, prompting concerns about the pace of economic recovery from the impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the greenback’s performance against a basket of six major international currencies is down by 0.34% at 92.91.
The index has been moving in a mostly declining trajectory today, after briefly rising to a daily high of 93.32, it hit a low of 92.88.
