The U.S. Dollar (USD) is showing a negative performance against its major rivals on Monday, but its biggest decline is against the Swiss Franc (CHF), which is the best performer of the day among the G10 currencies.
The USD/CHF pair nearing its lowest level of last week. The pair, which ended last week at 0.9288, is down for the day by 0.64% at 0.9229. After fluctuating within a tight range during most of the Asian and European sessions, the pair has been mostly in the negative territory during the American session. It has been moving today in a range between 0.9223 and 0.9311.
Investors are anticipating the next Swiss National Bank (SNB) monetary policy meeting, in which the Swiss central bank is expected to maintain the negative interest rates unchanged.
