U.S. Oil Inventories Rise 1.3 M Barrels in Week

Crude oil inventories in the United States rose by 1.3 million barrels last week, data by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, gasoline stockpiles remained nearly virtually unchanged, while distillate inventories declined by 5 million barrels in the week ending February 19.

However, oil prices continued to rise following the EIA weekly report.
