Saudi Arabia Announces Crude Selling Prices For September

A document obtained by Reuters appeared that the giant Saudi National Oil Company Aramco announced on Thursday the official selling prices for the month of September for its light Arab crude.

Saudi Arabia set the official selling price for its Arab Light crude to Asia at a premium of $ 0.90 a barrel against the Oman / Dubai average, down $ 0.30 from August, and for the United States at a premium of $ 1.65 a barrel above the Argus Sour crude index, unchanged from the previous month.

It set the official selling price to northwestern Europe at a discount of $ 1.80 a barrel over Brent on the Intercontinental Exchange, down $ 2.50 from August.

Separately, the US Census Bureau data yesterday showed that the United States sent a shipment of crude to Saudi Arabia in June, which is the first delivery of its kind since the end of the US ban on crude exports in 2015. The data showed that the United States sent about 550,000 barrels or 18,300 barrels per day of crude oil to Saudi Arabia
