GBP/JPY: Begins to Pressure Support

Negative trading dominates the movements of the pound against the Japanese yen, with the opening of the current trading session, recording its lowest level at 152.30.

On the technical side, we are inclined to the negativity today, relying on the negative pressure of the simple moving averages, which is accompanied by the stochastic losing the bullish claim.

Therefore, the bearish bias is likely today, targeting 152.00 as the first target, knowing that the confirmation of breaking the mentioned level opens the way directly for the pair to visit 151.75 and 151.30, respectively.

From above, we will cross upside and confirm the breach of 153.00 that is able to thwart the bearish scenario, and we will witness a retest of 153.50.
