China Warns Travelers to Australia

In a statement issued by the Chinese Foreign Ministry, published on its official Wechat account, it advised citizens to reconsider their travel plans to Australia amid anti-China sentiments and racist practices.

The South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported that the souring diplomatic relations between Australia and China were not expected to impede the progress of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

The market interacted quietly to both currencies, AUD/USD pair rose 0.36% on the day to 0.9675 and NZD/USD fell 0.12% to 0.6571.
