Biden Rejoins WHO

President Joe Biden has signed an executive order that reverses his predecessor Trump’s decision to leave the World Health Organization (WHO) amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

Trump withdrew from the specialized health agency of the United Nations at the height of the Coronavirus crisis last year.

The White House said in a letter to United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres that the United States intends to remain a member of the International Public Health Authority, late Wednesday.
