UK House Prices Increased by 0.4% in July

Mortgage lender Halifax said Friday, August 8 that UK house prices rose in July, after falling in June.

Halifax added that last month’s home prices rose 0.4% compared to June.

On an annual basis, prices increased by 7.6% compared to July 2020.
