USD Continues to Decline Abolishing Earlier Gains

The U.S. Dollar (USD) continued to decline on Tuesday since the beginning of today’s American session, after registering some gains and fluctuations during the Asian and European trading hours.

The Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the greenback’s performance against a basket of six major international currencies, is down by 0.21% at 92.40.

DXY has been moving today in a range between 92.38 and 92.79, after closing Monday at 92.60.

Earlier today, data showed that job openings in the United States rose to its highest level in about two years, boosting signs of economic recovery from the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.
