French PM Warns of COVID-19 Second Wave

The French Prime Minister Jean Castex has warned that a second COVID-19 wave could be harder to contain, calling for collective efforts to reduce the rate of infections and face the pandemic,

The PM expressed concerns that the general public is becoming careless.

France reported 1,397 new COVID-19 confirmed cases over the past 24 hours, almost double the number of cases registered on Monday, according to Reuters.
