The Dow Jones is Trying to Catch Breath

The Dow Jones Industrial Average witnessed strong losses during yesterday’s New York Stock Exchange trading session, hitting its lowest level at 35,590 after hitting the resistance level at 35,950.

On the technical side today, the 50-day moving average is trying to support the index’s rise in addition to the positive signals coming from the RSI. Despite the technical factors that support the possibility of a rise in the coming hours, we prefer to confirm the price’s breach of the resistance level 35,960, and it may facilitate the task of touching 36,650 first target, and then 36,130.

The return of trading stability below 35,810 opens the door to visit 35,760, knowing that breaking it puts the index under negative pressure with a target of 35,690. Note: the level of risk is high.
