German Dax: negative pressure in place 13/4/2022

The German DAX index touched all targets during the previous report at 13,920, recording its lowest level during the last session, trading at 13,895.

Technically, we tend to the negativity, but with caution, relying on the price’s pivot below the 14,130, as the index gets negative pressure from the 50-day moving average.

Therefore, the resumption of the bearish bias may be the most likely, provided we witness a clear and strong break of the 13,885 level, which may force the index to extend its losses to visit 13,740, a first target that may extend later to visit 13,640.

Rising above 14,130, and most importantly, 14,185 are basic conditions for activating the suggested bearish scenario and breaking will lead the index to compensate for its losses towards 14,340.

Note: The risk level is high.

Note: CFD trading involves high risk; all scenarios may occur.
