Wall Street Closes in Green

Wall Street closed Tuesday higher with a positive investor sentiment resulting from a number of financial results and talks about a new stimulus package that is currently being discussed in Washington.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 164 points or 0.62% and closed at 26,828.47 points.

Meanwhile, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite added 0.36% and 0.35%, respectively.

In addition, the concerns regarding the rising number of COVID-19 cases seem to have calmed over the recent economic data showing an expansion in economic activity, especially in the manufacturing sector in the US.
