U.S. Consumer Confidence Rises in January

Consumer confidence in the United States increased during in January, despite worries about the Coronavirus pandemic, data showed on Tuesday.

The consumer confidence index by the Conference Board rose to a reading of 89.3 in January from 87.1 in December.
