The US Dollar (USD) is maintaining its rising trend on Tuesday, extending its gains further amid the decline in the British Pound (GBP) on Brexit uncertainty and the Euro on the Eurozone’s economic contraction.
The Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the performance of the USD against a basket of six major international currencies, is up by 0.80% for the day at 93.45, near its highest level today at 93.49.
The USD is up by 0.27% against the Euro and by 1.31% in front of the GBP.
