The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) closed lower on Tuesday with the correction wave continuing and tech stocks leading the decline.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped by 632.42 points, or 2.25%, to close at 27,500.89 points.
Meanwhile, the S&P 500 finished lower at 3,331.84 points, losing 95.12 points or 2.78%.
The Nasdaq Composite Index plunged by 465.44 points or 4.11% and finished at 10,847.69 points.
