Visa reported third-quarter earnings that beat analysts’ forecasts and revenue that topped expectations on Tuesday.

Visa A announced earnings per share of $1.98 on revenue of $7.28B. Analysts anticipated EPS of $1.74 on revenue of $7.06B.

Visa A shares are down 25% from the beginning of the year, still down 15.88% from its 52 week high of $252.61 set on July 27, 2021. They are outperforming the Nasdaq, down 26.09% from the start of the year.
