The U.S. Dollar (USD) has switched its losses earlier in the first session of the week to show a mostly positive performance on Monday.
In the absence of major economic data in the United States, the market continues to be dominated by concerns about the Coronavirus pandemic, which is curbing risk appetite among investors.
The Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the greenback’s performance against a basket of six major rivals, is up by 0.11% at 90.33. It has been moving today in a range between 90.08 and 90.52, noting that it closed last week at the level of 90.24.
