US Home Sales Up 4.3% in October

Home sales in the United States increased for the fifth consecutive month during October, data showed on Thursday, Reuters reported.

Existing home sales increased by 4.3% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6.85 million units in October, according to the National Association of Realtors.

The September reading was revised to 6.57 million units, up from an initially estimated 6.54 million units.
