UK: The Largest Annual Increase in UK Home Prices Since 2016

The monthly figures from Halifax Mortgage Lender showed UK home prices last month recorded their biggest annual increase since June 2016.

Halifax said house prices increased 1.2% in November, and have risen 6.5% over the last five months, the largest increase since 2004.
