UK Inflation Rose to 1.5% in April From 0.7% in March

Official data showed on Wednesday that consumer price inflation in Britain rose to 1.5% in April from 0.7% in March.

Economists had expected, in a Reuters poll, an increase in inflation to 1.4%.
