The final reading of America’s gross domestic product revealed that the economy grew by about 2.1%, which is the same levels as the second reading.
The US economy grew by about 2.2% in the first quarter of this year and by 6.2% in the second quarter of 2022.
The data showed fixed income investments grew by about 5.2% in the three-month period ending in June, compared to 3.1% in the first quarter.
US exports fell by 9.3% in the second quarter, and imports decreased by 7.6%.
As for personal consumption expenditures, they increased by about 0.8%, compared to an increase of 3.8% in the first quarter.
