US Trade Representative Katherine Tai said she told European Union antitrust chief Margrethe Vestager today, Monday, that she has a “strong desire to develop a more positive and constructive business relationship” with the bloc.
Tai said in a statement that she and Vestager have agreed to work together on key priorities such as climate change and the digital economy and to strengthen cooperation between the United States and the European Union to deal with major non-market economies, such as China.
