ISM Services PMI Maintains Expansion

Economic activity in the United States services sector grew in November for the sixth consecutive month.

Data by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Services Business Survey showed that the Services PMI registered 55.9%, declining by 0.7% compared to the October reading of 56.6%.

However, the reading represents a sixth straight month of growth for the services sector, which has expanded for all but two of the last 130 months.
