India Records More Than 343 Thousand New Cases of Coronavirus Within 24 Hours

India recorded 343144 new cases of coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours, on Wednesday 14th May, bringing the total number of cases to more than 24 million, at a time when four thousand new deaths resulting from Covid-19 were recorded.

Data from the Ministry of Health indicated that India recorded about 1.4 million cases and more than 16 thousand deaths last week. The total number of cases now stands at 24.05 million, while the total number of deaths has reached 262,317.
