Goldman Sachs Planning IPO in London

Goldman Sachs is planning to list its alternative asset management arm, Petershill Partners, on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

The investment bank announced on Monday that would raise at least $750 million in the IPO.

Media reports pointed to plans targeting $5 billion, according to Dow Jones.

Petershill Partners and partners have about $190 billion in assets under management.
