Eurozone PMI Expands in July

The Eurozone Manufacturing PMI arrived at 51.1 in July, compared to 50.0 expected, while the Eurozone Services Purchasing Managers’ Index reached 55.1 in July, compared to 51.0 expected.


The Eurozone manufacturing sector witnessed an upturn this month, the latest manufacturing activity survey from IHS/Markit research showed on Friday.


Eurozone manufacturing sector surged 51.1 from 74.4 in June above expectations at 50 while the Services PMI for the bloc jumped to 55.1 in July from 51.0 expected and 48.3 posted previously.


The Manufacturing PMI hit a 19-month high while the Services PMI at its highest level in 25 months and.
