European stock markets are set to open higher on Friday, amid hopes for additional stimulus to the region as Covid-19 continue to rise.

The current proposal cost 750B euros (850B dollars) divided by 500B dollars in grants and 250B in loans, some countries may stand as an obstacle to this proposal, but it is supported by France and Germany.
