The U.S. Dollar (USD) is showing a fluctuating performance on Friday, which is an official holiday for markets in the United States as it coincides with Good Friday.
The Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the greenback’s performance against a basket of six major international currencies, is up by 0.09% at 93.01.
After fluctuating with a mostly negative trajectory during Asian and European hours, the index moved to the positive side earlier in the American session, supported by positive March employment data.
The index has been moving in a range between a low of 92.83 and a high of 93.07.
