U.S. Wholesale Inventories Rise in June

Wholesale inventories in the United States rose in June, exceeding earlier estimates, according to official data released by the U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday.

An increase of 1.1% in wholesale inventories, exceeded earlier estimates of a 0.8% rise.

Meanwhile, wholesale inventories grew by 10.5% on an annual basis.

It is worth noting that wholesale sales rose by 2% in June.
