European stocks logged another record-high closing level on Thursday for the second consecutive session.
A number of positive earnings reports helped further push investors’ sentiment and risk appetite.
The STOXX Europe 600 index added 2.14 points, or 0.46%, to close at a new all-time closing high of 463.84 points, as the basic resources and auto stocks led the rise.
The French CAC40 index finished higher by 0.37%, the German DAX added 0.45%. while the UK’s FTSE100 increased by 0.88%.
