US Manufacturing Output Rises in November

Manufacturing output in the United States grew by 0.8% in November, according to data by the Federal Reserve on Tuesday.

The October reading was revised up to a 1.1% increase, up from a previously estimates 1%.

The increase is largely thanks to the surge in the production of motor vehicles and parts by 5.3%, which came after three consecutive monthly declines.
