The German DAX 30 index also fell by 3.4%. While the French CAC 40 index was the most declining among European stocks, declining by 3.8% at the beginning of trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the Spanish IBEX index fell by a strong rate of about 3.2%.
