The futures contracts for the S&amp;P 500 and Nasdaq 100 were also trading in the area, up 13.5 points and 63 points, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financial markets in the United States will be disrupted, Thursday, on Thanksgiving Day, and trading on shares will be suspended early at one o\u2019clock on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historically, US stocks have risen during the holiday week.
