Meanwhile, the Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the greenback\u2019s performance against a basket of six major international currencies, is down by 0.20% at 91.73.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EUR\/USD is up for the day by 0.33% at 1.1943.
